The #PinderPartyOfTwo journey started initially when they met in college through a mutual friend, after which they saw each other randomly in Miami without exchanging numbers. Eventually they re-connected in Baltimore, MD. They met up on Collins Ave at the hotel lobby, and talked for hours. From then on they started their journey!

Eddie popped the question a day after Tieka graduated from Graduate School: 05/22/2017, at her graduation cookout-turned cook-in due to the rain. Tieka was completely surprised by the proposal. The day was perfect with their friends and families present.  

On the magical wedding day, the beautiful bride went for an old Hollywood glam look while getting ready with her best girls and the handsome groom and his best men looked sharp (cute babies alert!).  Eddie surprised Tieka again by having red roses delivered to her room on the special day to brighten up her day, and it totally worked! The couple had a first look before the wedding ceremony at the Gaylord Hotel. 

Newton White Mansion was the perfect wedding venue as the pictures were gorgeous. The couple’s first dance was to “I wanna be your man”, by Zapp & Roger, and the groom/mother dance was a very emotional moment because she made it to the wedding against all odds.
