Dominican Republic Destination Wedding Day 2: Nikki & Malik

wedding rings

Hi friends!

Our first blog post of the year! We extremely apologize for the long delay; so many exciting things have been happening and we can’t wait to share them with you.

To kick off the year, we have decided to complete out post on the beautiful Dominican Republic wedding from last year.

The bride and groom did something different with their schedule. Usually destination events have one/two days of pre-events and then the last day is the wedding day. However, Nikki and Malik wanted to have the wedding on the second day so they could have some fun on the third day with their guests. An additional day to spend some more time with their nearest and dearest.

The day began with getting ready in the beautiful Paradisus Palma Real Royal Service Room (if you go to the Dominican Republic you should definitely stay in this room! You are truly a VIP and it includes your own butler!)

The ceremony was in the garden.  The couple’s colors for the wedding day were white, yellow and gray.  For the ceremony, we paired all white chiavari chairs with yellow chair ties.
